As a

Logistics Executive

at Tovalign, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth handling, movement, and delivery of aligner products from production to the end-user. You will coordinate between various departments, logistics partners, and customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily logistics operations including shipping, dispatch, and delivery Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time deliveries Communicate with courier partners, warehouse teams, and internal departments Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and stock levels Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and dispatch reports Identify and escalate logistics-related issues and follow up until resolution Support the implementation of process improvements for better efficiency

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred) Freshers are welcome; prior experience in logistics or supply chain is an advantage Good communication and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Knowledge of shipping regulations and logistics software is a plus
