About the Role:
We're looking for someone who's sharp, reliable, and obsessed with keeping things in order. As a Stock & Logistics Executive at Ecowell, you'll be the backbone of our operations--ensuring inventory accuracy, smooth dispatches, and proper coordination with suppliers, transporters, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate stock records across all SKUs
Track incoming and outgoing shipments on a daily basis
Coordinate with vendors and transporters for timely deliveries and pickups
Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, and space optimization
Generate daily/weekly stock and movement reports
Support installation/service teams by ensuring timely dispatch of required materials
Raise purchase requests when stock reaches minimum threshold
Perform physical stock audits regularly and reconcile with system data
Handle packaging, GRNs, and delivery challans
Requirements:
Prior experience in stock/inventory/logistics role (preferably in water treatment, plumbing, or hardware industry)
Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Experience with basic inventory software (Zoho, Tally, Busy, or similar) is a plus
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
