Logistics Executive - E-commerce Operations

Role Summary

The Logistics Executive - E-commerce Operations will be responsible for end-to-end logistics and fulfilment activities for Amazon and Shopify orders. The role includes order data entry, packing and dispatch, inventory control, and maintenance of incoming and outgoing stock registers. The position requires accuracy, discipline, and coordination with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & Data Entry Process customer orders on Amazon Seller Central and Shopify Enter order details accurately and update order status Generate invoices, packing slips, and shipping labels Packing & Dispatch Operations Pack products as per standard packing and safety guidelines Ensure correct labeling, barcoding, and shipment readiness Coordinate daily dispatch with courier and logistics partners Inventory & Register Management Maintain incoming and outgoing stock registers (manual and digital) Update inventory records in Excel / Google Sheets or internal systems Conduct regular stock reconciliation and report shortages or excess Returns & Inward Management Handle customer returns, replacements, and inward stock entries Verify returned goods and update stock and return registers Coordinate with operations team for resolution of return issues Reporting & Compliance Maintain daily dispatch, delivery, pending order, and return reports Follow marketplace, courier, and internal packaging guidelines Support audits, stock checks, and internal reviews when required

Required Skills & Competencies

Basic computer skills (MS Excel / Google Sheets) Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Shopify (preferred) Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain stock registers and logistics records Basic understanding of warehouse and dispatch operations Ability to work independently and meet daily targets

Educational Qualification

Minimum: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) Graduation preferred but not mandatory 1-3 years experience in logistics, warehouse, or e-commerce operations Experience handling Amazon / Shopify orders preferred Freshers with strong computer skills may be considered

Working Hours

Full-time 9 hours per day (including breaks) 6 days a week (as per operational requirement)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
