Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic

Logistics Executive

with strong experience in managing

Pan-India logistics operations and international import & export activities

. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating domestic and overseas shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing transportation costs, and maintaining smooth supply chain operations across multiple locations and countries.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end

Pan-India logistics operations

including road, rail, air, and coastal transport Handle

international import and export shipments

(air & sea) across multiple countries Prepare, verify, and manage import/export documentation such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, LC, and customs filings Coordinate with

freight forwarders, customs brokers, transporters, and shipping lines

Ensure compliance with

Indian and international trade regulations

, customs laws, and Incoterms Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely delivery while minimizing costs and delays Handle customs clearance and resolve logistics or documentation issues Negotiate freight rates and contracts with logistics service providers Coordinate with internal teams such as procurement, production, finance, and sales Maintain accurate records of logistics operations, costs, and vendor performance Track logistics KPIs and implement process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience in

Pan-India logistics and international import/export operations

Strong knowledge of

customs procedures, HS codes, Incoterms, GST, and trade compliance

Experience in managing domestic and international transportation modes Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics systems (SAP preferred) Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines

Experience:

3-7 years

of experience in logistics with Pan-India and international exposure

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with manufacturing, trading, or FMCG companies Knowledge of export incentives, duty structures, and compliance reporting
