Job Description

Plastic/Manufacturing Knowledge Required

1. Co-ordination with customer support team for update cargo ready date.

2. After arrival of container / container wise stuffing plan need to be given to stores.

3. Pre shipment document have to send to CHA / Freight forwarding agent /

customer.

4. Follow-up & Coordinating with CHA for Export Clearance in time.

5. Preparing EOU Related Invoices - M Plastics Exports , DTA and SEZ

6. Follow up for internal team for getting dispatch memo for making the invoice.

7. VGM Needs to be send to freight forwarding agent, next day of the shipment.

8. SEIPO / Seal number update in customs web site after arrival shipment, next day

of the shipment.

9. E-Way bill needs to prepare all export shipment and handover to document

security to move the container.

10. Seal Register Monitoring / CTPAT audit books needs to update.

11. Every day coordination and Supervision of 7 point Inspection

12. Domestic and Export samples have to book it through Fedex and after dispatch

update to concern person

13. Audit document preparation-SCAN/ CTPAT/GSV

14. MPlastic Shipment stuffing photos download and upload in server, keep record

for audit

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
