Role Summary:
We need a sharp and responsible Logistics Executive to handle order dispatch, courier coordination, inventory updates, and delivery issue resolution for Complimento.
Key Responsibilities
Process daily Shopify orders and ensure timely packing & dispatch.
Generate labels and coordinate pickups with courier partners.
Track shipments, resolve fake attempts/delivery issues, and ensure reattempts (avoid RTO).
Maintain inventory updates and stock accuracy.
Manage RTO cases, ticket raising, and follow-ups with courier platforms.
Provide delivery support to customers when needed.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.
Requirements
1-3 years logistics/operations experience.
Knowledge of NimbusPost / Shiprocket / Vamaship/ Shopify.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Good communication (Hindi & English).
