Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized

Logistics Executive

to join our manufacturing operations in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse functions, particularly within a manufacturing setup, with hands-on exposure to 3PL coordination, inventory management, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily logistics activities related to inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods. Coordinate with production and planning teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery schedules. Oversee warehouse and store operations including goods receipt, storage, order picking, and dispatch. Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure real-time inventory tracking through ERP or WMS tools. Work closely with 3PL service providers to manage transportation, deliveries, and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards within the warehouse and logistics operations. Assist in monthly and quarterly stock audits, reconciliations, and reporting. Prepare and maintain logistics and inventory reports for internal stakeholders.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Experience in logistics and store operations within a

manufacturing environment

Good understanding of supply chain processes, raw material flow, and dispatch planning Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel Strong organizational and coordination skills Attention to detail and problem-solving ability Team player with good communication skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
