Job Summary:

We are looking an experienced

Logistics Head

to oversee and manage all logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and experience in supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Operations Management:

Oversee

end-to-end logistics

, including transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management. Develop and implement

logistics strategies

to optimize costs and efficiency. Monitor

supply chain performance

and ensure on-time deliveries. Manage relationships with

vendors, suppliers, and transport service providers

.

Warehouse & Inventory Management:

Ensure proper

storage, handling, and distribution

of goods. Implement

inventory control measures

to reduce stock losses and optimize stock levels. Oversee

warehouse operations

to ensure smooth functioning.

Process Improvement & Compliance:

Develop

SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

for logistics operations. Implement

technology-driven solutions

for improved logistics management.

Team Leadership & Budget Management:

Lead and mentor the logistics team, ensuring high performance and accountability. Manage the

logistics budget

and control costs while maintaining service quality. Collaborate with

cross-functional teams

(procurement, sales, operations) to align logistics with business goals.

Key Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in

Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

.

4 to 6 years of experience

in logistics and supply chain management. Proven experience in managing

large-scale logistics operations

.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
