Qualification B.com/BBA

Experience 2 to 6 Years

Candidate should have knowledge of Import Export and Domestics Logistics Experience.

Dispatch of ready orders to customer till destination. Coordination and planning with internal agencies/departments for on time order delivery.

Nomination of local transporters for dispatch. Coordination and planning with external agencies like transport organizations, insurance agents, CHAs for successful on time delivery to customers.

Line up matter with transporters.

Preparation of dispatch documents - packing list, online form 402. Responsible for Carrying out necessary documentation with internal / external agencies. Responsible for technical and commercial documentation required for successful delivery.

Waybills, other documents as per customer orders.

Maintenance of records viz. Customer PO, Sales Orders, Shipping/Transport.

Preparation of Dispatch documents like packing list, gate pass, road permits, LR etc.

Develops and implements activities that aim to increase added value and decrease controllable costs, failure costs and fixed costs.

Responsible for improvements in logistics cost center.

Responsible for local purchase.

Familiarity with usage of ERP like Navision for daily activities.
