Third Wave Ruggedtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Logistics Executive to join our Supply Chain & Logistics team in Gandhinagar. The role involves handling logistics coordination for import, export, and domestic shipments including documentation and dispatch operations. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a strong foundation in logistics and supply chain management within a fast-growing technology company.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and prepare documents for the inward and outward movement of materials, parts, and finished products.
Prepare dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery challans, and shipment details.
Track consignments and follow up with courier or transport partners for timely delivery.
Support service teams with spare parts logistics and returns.
Assist in stock audits, physical verification, and monthly inventory reports.
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BA, or equivalent).
Excellent English communication and coordination skills
Good command over MS Excel and data handling.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the logistics and supply chain domain.
Great English communication skills.
