Order Fulfillment: Manage the entire order fulfillment process, from order receipt to delivery, ensuring utmost accuracy and timeliness. Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, closely monitor stock movements, storage, order picking, and packing, to ensure an organized and efficient warehouse and conduct regular stock audits to ensure efficient stock control. Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to streamline procurement, quality control, and delivery processes for enhanced efficiency. Shipping and Freight Management: Select the most cost-effective and reliable shipping/ Air cargo/Local partner methods, and effectively manage relationships with carriers to ensure smooth transportation. Returns Handling: Develop and implement a robust system for handling product returns, including inspections, restocking, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes for all outgoing shipments to maintain high product quality standards. Documentation: Ensure all shipping and customs documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations. Preparation of Post shipment/ Bank documentation as per Letter of Credit (LC) and scrutiny and as per Customer / Buyer requirements. Logistic Partners: Identify and onboard new Logistic Partners, coordinate and manage their payment, agreements, and logistics processes effectively.
