Key Responsibilities
:
Coordinate and manage
courier dispatches
(inward and outward)
Prepare
dispatch documentation
such as challans, invoices, and shipping labels
Maintain records of
courier movements, PODs (proof of delivery)
, and logistics partners
Liaise with courier companies, transporters, and internal departments for timely deliveries
Track and follow up on dispatched items to ensure
on-time delivery
Handle
inventory entry
, stock movement records, and filing
Perform general
back-office duties
like data entry, record-keeping, and filing
Prepare and maintain Excel reports related to dispatch and logistics
Provide administrative support to the logistics and operations team
Required Skills & Qualifications
:
Graduate in any discipline
1-3 years of experience
in logistics, dispatch, courier, or related back-office work
Basic knowledge of courier processes and documentation
Proficient in
MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Familiarity with ERP or logistics software is a plus
Working Hours
:
Monday to Saturday - 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
