Candidate must have logistics experience in the same field.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle dispatch, delivery coordination, and logistics planning for Pumps, Motors & Valves.
Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and OEMs for timely shipment.
Prepare and maintain dispatch documents (DC, invoice, e-way bill, tracking records).
Manage inward/outward material records and update daily logistics status.
Follow up with transporters and customers for delivery confirmation.
Ensure proper packaging, loading, and material handling as per standards.
Maintain records of pending dispatches and delivery schedules.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of industrial equipment logistics (Pumps, Motors & Valves).
Good understanding of dispatch processes, documentation & transport coordination.
Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, Documentation).
