- Manage the Route planning for pickups from the Food Business Operators.
- Coordinating with the Logistics partners for timely services
- Communicate with Vehicle drivers to ensure prompt pick-up
- Arrange same-day pickups whenever possible and in any delay in the schedule to inform the FBO (Vendor) regarding the same.
- Data entry in the ERP system.
- Track the route plan on a day-to-day basis
- Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels
- Ensure the quality of all services and processes within the facility
- Bachelor\'s Degree 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in customer service & logistics management a must
- Problem-solving skills Inventory maintenance experience a plus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and Self Motivated Basic Knowledge of Word / Excel / any ERP system
- Day shift
