OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Coordinates all activities related to own project (RS) or the production Line (Compo), to secure the availability of parts for production and the respect of the production planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Makes that all the activities related to own project/production line are completed to secure the smooth management of the production orders.

• Coordinates the inter related departments (Procurement, Quality, warehouse, Industrialization, TNC)

to align the material availability to the date of need in production on a week horizon.

• Provides the line feeding priorities visibility to the logistics team to secure the production.
• Secures the internal productions of the sub-modules.
• Checks the data accuracy of the PBOM in collaboration with Logistics & Industrialization.
• Collaborates with quality to prioritize incoming inspection and quality issues.
• Contributes to the footprint updates needs with Method Logistics.
• Main contact for EPU manager to provide the visibility on material availability for the task sequences.
• Initiates the production activities in alignment with the EPU manager, converting the planned (production)orders to fixed (production) orders.
• Manage Material Availability (missing parts).
• Calculate and Update Forecasts regarding the MPS .
• SAP (PP) module usage for the generation of production orders, execute the plan.

Qualifications & Skills:

EDUCATION : Engineering Graduate with minimum 4 yrs of experience

Any graduate with minimum 7 yrs of experience.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE

• Industrial knowledge, Production planning knowledge, Scheduling, Basic product knowledge, Manufacturing process.
