Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transport or International Business Administration Proven experience as a Logistics Specialist or in a similar role (Supply Chain, Export/Import, Procurement, Sales, Planning, etc) Strong knowledge of transportation processes, supply chain management, and planning Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Functional

Oversee and manage logistics operations for both international and domestic shipments. Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations. Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues that arise during transit. Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, suppliers, and customers. Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and suppliers. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Analyze and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Prepare and present reports on logistics performance and key metrics.
