dynamic and energetic Logistics & Operations manager

to support our franchise operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily logistics and supply chain operations Manage inventory, dispatch, and vendor communication Ensure smooth operations for all The Laban Spotfranchise outlets Track, monitor, and optimize delivery timelines Handle operations-related documentation, reporting, and record management Support cross-functional teams to ensure seamless outlet functioning Coordinate with franchise outlets in

Kochi, Coimbatore, and Bangalore

as per operational requirements

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in Logistics or Operations Experience in the

FMCG or food industry

preferred Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment Willingness to support operational activities across different branch locations
