Coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
Prepare and verify dispatch documentation such as invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and e-way bills.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability for dispatch.
Liaise with transporters, courier partners, and internal departments (sales, warehouse, etc.) for smooth order execution.
Track shipments and update customers or relevant departments on delivery status.
Maintain dispatch records, logs, and reports accurately for audit and compliance purposes.
Handle dispatch-related queries and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards related to logistics and transportation.
Support in route planning and vehicle optimization to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines.
Conduct periodic checks to ensure that goods are packed and labeled correctly before dispatch.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of logistics and dispatch operations.
Familiarity with shipping/transportation documentation and processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and logistics/ERP software (SAP, Tally, etc.).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree , Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in logistics or dispatch operations (preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing setup).
Experience with dispatch in FMCG, e-commerce, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
