Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery schedules.
Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and distributors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
Prepare reports on logistics performance, delivery status, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to logistics and transportation.
Accounts Responsibilities:
Maintain daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare invoices, bills, and payment reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow and assist in budget tracking and expense reporting.
Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
Assist with audit and tax compliance documentation.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure timely reporting.
