Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries related to

domestic shipments, delivery status, delays, and POD

Track shipments and provide

daily status updates

to customers Coordinate with

drivers, transporters, hubs, and operations teams

Ensure timely

pickup and delivery

as per TAT Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently Maintain shipment records, PODs, and reports in

Excel / CRM

Follow up on

pending deliveries, misroutes, and escalations

Support billing team with

delivery details

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

1 year of experience

as a

CSE in domestic logistics

Knowledge of

FTL / PTL / surface transport operations

Familiarity with

LR, POD, TAT.

Good communication skills (English & Hindi) Proficient in

MS Excel, email handling, and coordination

Ability to manage multiple shipments and customers simultaneously

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

Experience with

transport management systems (TMS)

Understanding of

route planning and escalation handling

Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
