Job Profile

o

Responsible for records management including hard and soft version including respective drive and/or digital platform.

o

Coordinate all material and logistics requirement of the planned WS / ALS activities from warehouses and service providers.

o

Prepare RMRs for the material movements. Arrangement of water on the particular well pads for all the proposed WS / ALS Frac activities.

o

Coordinate with Inventory Controller, Warehouse and Service Company for proper material / spares consumption and follow up for SAP transfer posting of material in time.

o

Support Inventory Audits.Mobilize Material and Equipment at location on time. Back Load of POOH Items from Location to Warehouse or Service providers location.

o

Coordination with Radio Room and Driver for proper JMP of Material movement.

o

Coordinate the vehicle arrangement for the supervisors as per the Job requirement.

o

Arrangement of Crane / Hydra / Trailers based on the job requirement.

o

Aware of the logistics documentation required for material movement.

o

Manage large scale logistics and material tracking.

o

Graduate with relevant specialization in Material Management and Inventory Control.

o

Proficient in computer applications, MS Office and internet.

o

SAP knowledge is advantageous.
