Supply Chain Management

: Oversee the entire process, from acquiring goods to delivering them to the final destination.

Inventory Management

: Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure products are available when needed.

Transportation Coordination

: Plan, schedule, and coordinate the shipment of goods, managing transportation modes and carriers.

Supplier & Carrier Relations

: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners.

Cost Optimization

: Analyze logistics costs, negotiate freight rates, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce expenditures.

Regulatory Compliance

: Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.

Performance Monitoring

: Track logistics performance metrics, monitor deliveries, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Issue Resolution

: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise in the logistics process, from loading to delivery.

Documentation & Record Keeping

: Ensure all shipping and logistics-related documents are accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained.
