Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with 3PL partners to ensure timely pickup and delivery of materials.
Monitor transporter TAT (Turnaround Time) and follow up for on-time deliveries.
Handle FTL cost negotiations and ensure vehicle placement as per schedule.
Understand documentation and compliance processes such as Invoice and E-Way Bill in B2B operations.
Ensure proper cargo packaging to minimize transit damages.
Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams for smooth logistics flow.
Prepare and share daily MIS reports on material dispatch and delivery status with internal stakeholders.
Perform 3PL freight bill reconciliation based on rate agreements.
Basic understanding of SAP HANA / S4 will be an added advantage.
Coordinate with insurance and 3PL partners for loss or damage claim settlements.
Arrange reverse pickups with accurate documentation.
Collect and upload POD (Proof of Delivery) in the ERP system.
QualificationsBasic knowledge of domestic transportation and related documentation.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
