About the Role:

We are hiring to handle and supervise day-to-day delivery routes and ensure smooth field operations. Candidates with route experience and e-commerce knowledge will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and monitor

delivery routes

for timely completion. Supervise field delivery teams and ensure operational efficiency. Resolve on-ground challenges and coordinate with warehouse teams. Maintain route data, reports, and documentation using computer tools. Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer satisfaction standards.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of route handling experience (mandatory). Knowledge:

E-commerce operations and local route familiarity

. Skills: Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting, route planning tools). Language: Hindi & basic English. Other: Must be comfortable with fieldwork and flexible timings.
