Logistics Coordinator

to manage our supply chain operations, from inbound raw materials to outbound finished goods.

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, including inbound raw materials, trims, fabrics, and outbound finished garments. Plan, monitor, and track shipments from suppliers, vendors, and factories. Prepare shipping documents such as packing lists, invoices, BOE, BL/AWB, and export documentation. Communicate with freight forwarders, transporters, courier partners, and clearing agents to ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipment status, and warehouse stock levels. Schedule transportation and optimize shipping routes to minimize delays and costs. Work closely with production, merchandising, and warehouse teams to support smooth workflow. Resolve logistics-related issues such as delays, damages, shortages, or documentation discrepancies. Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs rules, and buyer requirements. Monitor LCL/FCL shipments, lead times, and delivery deadlines. Support logistics planning for bulk orders, samples, and urgent dispatches.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in logistics within the garments/apparel industry (preferred). Strong understanding of shipping documentation, international trade terms (Incoterms), and customs procedures. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/WMS systems. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
