Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor daily courier & logistics operations.
Communicate with Tamil-speaking customers, vendors, and drivers.
Prepare and maintain shipment records, delivery schedules, and reports.
Ensure timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining service quality.
Handle customer queries and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
Requirements:
Fluency in Tamil (read, write, and speak) is mandatory.
Proficiency in English or Malayalam is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, spreadsheets).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Prior experience in logistics, courier services, or supply chain operations is preferred.
Education & Experience:
Minimum: Plus Two / Graduate in any discipline.
1-2 years of experience in logistics or related field preferred (freshers with good Tamil proficiency may also apply).
