A Logistics Coordinator is a professional responsible for coordinating and facilitating the movement of goods, materials, and information within a supply chain. The primary objective is to ensure that products are delivered to the right location on time and in the most cost-effective manner.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervision & Coordination
Supervise, plan, assign, and review the work of clerks in shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and inventory management.
Oversee purchasing transactions, production coordination, dispatching crews, and scheduling transportation routes.

Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety and security procedures, and regulatory standards.
Participate in continuous improvement of compliance measures.
3.
Problem Resolution & Process Improvement
Address operational problems and complaints.
Implement corrective measures and drive process improvements.
4.
Training & Development
Train workers in job duties and operational procedures.
5.
Procurement & Supply Management
Requisition supplies and materials to maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree required
Experience:
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in logistics industry
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving:
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Teamwork:
Collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
