We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Freight Broker to expand our global footprint and grow international revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities across global territories.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to tailor offerings to international markets.
Attend international trade shows, conferences, and business meetings as needed.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
Stay up-to-date with global market trends, regulations, and competitive activities.
Requirements:

2-5 years of proven experience in international sales or export business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of international trade laws, logistics, and cultural differences.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
