Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to logistics operations Coordinate with US-based clients and vendors for timely deliveries Update shipment status and resolve queries efficiently. Maintain accurate documentation and follow standard procedures

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in freight Brokerage Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willingness to work night shifts Familiarity with logistics or supply chain process is a plus
