Job Responsibilities: -

1.Coordinate end-to-end freight movement from pickup to delivery

2.Communicate with shippers, drivers, and carriers via calls and emails

3.Negotiate with carriers and ensure timely load assignments

4.Track and monitor live loads and share timely updates with clients

5.Manage and maintain accurate records and logistics documents

6.Solve issues related to delays, driver communication, and routing

7.Follow up on load confirmations, delivery proofs, and compliance

8.Support the dispatch and operations team with daily logistics updates

9. Place vehicle on transaction purchase basis & control costs for the same.

10. Keep & safely store organized records of shipments proof of delivery documents.

11. Upload POD on company development software and client's software.

Eligibility Criteria (Strict):

Minimum 6 months experience in any international process

Freshers strictly not eligible

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) Comfortable working in

night shifts (US time zone)

Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets Strong coordination and multitasking ability Positive attitude and willingness to learn
