Warehouse Operations

Coordinate with WH persons for daily inbound, outbound, and internal movements.

POD Check & Clubbing

Verify Proof of Delivery (POD) for all dispatched shipments.

Daily Inventory Variance Control

Track daily inventory variance between physical stock, WMS, and NetSuite.

Purchase Inward - NetSuite (NS)

Ensure timely purchase inward entries in NetSuite.

Sales Delivery Order Processing

Process sales delivery orders in the system accurately.

Part Master Validation

Validate part master data (SKU code, description, UOM, serial control).

Skills & Competencies

Good coordination and follow-up skills

Excel & MIS reporting skills (Vlookup, Pivot, Data Summarised)

Education & Experience

Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations

3-5 years experience in warehouse operations preferred

Experience in warehouse operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
