Manage the Route planning for pickups from the Food Business Operators.
* Coordinating with the Logistics partners for timely services
* Communicate with Vehicle drivers to ensure prompt pick-up
* Arrange same-day pickups whenever possible and in any delay in the schedule to
inform the FBO (Vendor) regarding the same.
* Data entry in the ERP system / UCO App and updating the collection for the day /
Preparing reports
* Track the route plan on day-to-day basis
* Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the appropriate channels
* Ensure quality of all services and processes within the facility
