The headquarter office is located in Amsterdam, Netherlands and a regional office is based in Mumbai, India. We work directly with producers at the origin to bring our customers (specialty coffee roasters) high-quality coffees safely, on time, and consistently with the use of efficient digital frameworks. We believe in traceability through the chain and are highly committed to transparency towards all our stakeholders.OpportunityWe are looking for a Logistics Coordinator, who would take the lead in managing various activities related to Attesa Coffee's logistical operationsWhat you'll do- Coordinate with global suppliers on shipment process post order finalization- Develop and maintain relationships with cargo agents globally to facilitate freight transport, including requesting quotations, finalizing shipments, and tracking progress- Coordinate with Attesa Coffee's European warehouse partners to manage entry and dispatch of inventory- Work with European transport partners to facilitate final customer deliveries, including requesting quotations, finalizing delivery orders, and tracking progress- Assisting European sales team by managing order delivery communication with customers- Assist in managing Indian operations, including samples facilitationWhat you'll need- 2-3 years experience in shipping/logistics-related work.- Ability to manage communication with suppliers, logistics partners, and customers over email and phone- Ability/preference to work in a dynamic/entrepreneurial environment- Strong communication skills in EnglishWhat's nice to have- Experience in the shipping industryWhat you'll gain- Work in an entrepreneurial and ownership-driven environment- Gain valuable experience in global logistics and supply chains- Be integral to the growth of the firm with seniority/management as it growsJob Type: Full-timePay: ?12,008.01 - ?31,066.89 per monthSchedule:
