Vividh Impex is a Back office of USA Based company is looking for Logistics Coordinator with high Calibre on Full Time Basis who are willing to Work in Night shift Monday to Friday 6pm to 3:30am Sat- Sun Fixed off.

We're a dynamic and growing company in USA seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing the movement of goods, supplies, and equipment from one place to another.

Job Summary:We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to manage our logistics operations. You'll work closely with our team to coordinate shipments, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery. Sending Shipping and Delivery Confirmations to client , Creating BOL and Shipping Labels , Shipping List.

Responsibilities:1. Coordinate shipments, including pickup, transportation, and delivery.

2. tracking shipments and ensuring accurate records.

3. Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to resolve issues and improve service.

4. Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

5. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:1. 2+ years of experience in logistics or a related field.

2. Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation modes and inventory management.

3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

5. Proficiency in logistics software, such as transportation management systems (TMS) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Nice to Have:1. Certification in logistics or supply chain management, such as CSCP or CPIM.

2. Experience with freight forwarding, customs clearance, or warehousing.

3. Knowledge of lean logistics principles and practices.
