RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Inquiries:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and logistics processes through various communication channels.

Provide accurate and detailed information about customer orders while addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

Make outgoing calls regarding Non-Delivery Reports (NDR), Return to Origin (RTO), and other requirements as needed.

Order Processing:

Process customer orders meticulously, ensuring accuracy in product selection, quantity, and delivery details.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth processing of orders and timely delivery to customers.

Issue Resolution:

Investigate and resolve customer complaints, discrepancies, and delivery issues in a professional and timely manner.

Work closely with the logistics team to identify root causes of problems and implement effective corrective actions.

Communication:

Maintain open and effective communication with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the logistics process.

Keep customers informed of any changes in delivery schedules or unexpected issues that may impact their shipments.

Documentation:

Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all customer interactions and issue resolutions to maintain high standards of service.

Prepare reports and maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for enhancing processes within customer support and logistics operations.

Provide constructive feedback to management on recurring issues and contribute to the development of effective solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
