Key Responsibilities

1. Shipping & Distribution Management

Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily shipments across India and international markets (including air, sea, and land freight).

Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of wellness products while minimizing costs and transit times.

Track shipments in real-time, proactively address delays, and keep internal teams and customers informed.

Handle customs clearance processes for international shipments, including coordination with brokers.

Manage reverse logistics, returns, and exchanges in compliance with company policies.

2. Documentation & Compliance

Prepare and verify all shipping documents accurately (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and wellness product-specific guidelines.

Maintain organized digital and physical records of all logistics documentation.

Assist in audits and provide documentation as needed for legal and financial purposes.

3. Partner & Vendor Coordination

Serve as the primary point of contact for shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners.

Negotiate rates and contracts with logistics partners to ensure cost-effective and reliable service.

Evaluate partner performance regularly and address service issues promptly.

Collaborate with warehouse teams for efficient order picking, packing, and dispatch

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,031.52 - ₹27,157.19 per month
