Documentation Executive - Logistics & Dispatch
to manage shipment documentation and ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements.
Job Purpose:
To manage and maintain accurate documentation for shipments and logistics operations, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, verify, and file
electronic Proof of Delivery (e-POD)
documents accurately.
Generate and process
e-way bills
for shipments as per statutory requirements.
Create and manage
shipment labels, stickers, and related documentation
.
Maintain well-organized records of all shipment and transport-related documents.
Coordinate with
dispatch, sales, and logistics teams
to ensure timely documentation flow.
Monitor compliance with
company policies and statutory regulations
related to shipment documentation.
Assist in preparing reports related to
dispatch, delivery, and documentation
.
Resolve discrepancies in documentation and coordinate with relevant teams for corrections.
Support
audits and inspections
by providing accurate documentation and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience
in logistics documentation, e-way bill generation, or related administrative tasks.
Familiarity with
electronic filing systems
and basic
MS Office / ERP software
.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
