Job Description

Minimum 2-3 year's experience in Logistics

Oversee daily shipments, coordinating with carriers, suppliers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Familiarity with shipping regulations, customs documentation, and Incoterms.

Good knowledge in Customs clearance, Import/Export, Duty structure, BOE filing.

Manage and coordinate local movements of material and its documentation.

Identify opportunities to optimize/reduce shipping costs, and streamline logistics processes.

Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, customs documents, and any other required paperwork.

Act promptly to resolve any logistics-related issues, including delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments.

Work closely with the sales, procurement, and warehouse teams to maintain an efficient supply chain

Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders like Suppliers, CHA, Customs, team members, and management.

Ability to work in warehouse environments, if needed, lift Boxes/Cartons as part of logistics operations.

Willingness to Travel for logistics related issues.

Proficiency in using Microsoft tools like Excel, Word, Outlook etc.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
