expanding its operations in India. We're looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our

sales coordination team

in Mohali.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and maintain relationships with clients and carriers (US market) Assist in

freight booking, load matching, and coordination

with dispatch teams Handle

calls, emails, and CRM entries

efficiently Work with the

sales team

to meet daily and weekly targets Maintain detailed records of shipments and follow-up status

Requirements:

Excellent

spoken and written English communication skills

Comfortable with

night shift (US time zone)

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Only Females ( Experienced in any bpo or process or fresher with good communication skills )
