Key Responsibilities
Logistics Coordination
Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and inventory movement
Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Prepare and maintain logistics documentation and reports
Administrative Support
Handle general office administration and record keeping
Manage emails, phone calls, and scheduling
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and basic reports
Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements
Previous experience in logistics, administration, or a related role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
