Job Description

Plan and optimize transportation routes for cost efficiency and timely deliveries. Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring smooth movement of goods. Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and shipments. Liaise with suppliers, warehouses, and customers to ensure on-time deliveries Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders. Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure supply chain efficiency. Ensure accurate documentation of inbound and outbound shipments. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies Act as a point of contact for logistics-related inquiries and issues. Resolve transportation and delivery issues efficiently.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and warehouse) to improve logistics performance.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Bachelor degree,Local Language, Hindi and English proficiency must . Minimum 3 Years of experience in Logistics coordinator role / Warehousing. Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain planning. Strong understanding of inventory management and freight coordination. Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills to coordinate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
