Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator will manage and execute all activities related to the return and buyback of machines. This role involves coordinating with customers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth reverse logistics operations, accurate documentation, and timely financial processing.###

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Handle reverse logistics for buyback machines and sale return machines. Ensure proper planning and execution of reverse pickups. Communicate with customers to obtain permission for reverse pickup. Coordinate with transporters for reverse pickup approvals and scheduling. Follow up with transporters for timely delivery of machines to the warehouse. Generate E-way bills for return machines. Maintain accurate records of all reverse logistics activities and internal communications. Create Purchase Orders (PO) in JDE. Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) entries for buyback machines. Follow up on PO release with the India management team to ensure timely execution. Report to customers for generating buyback invoices. Review invoices and submit them to finance and commercial teams for payment processing. Prepare periodic reports on reverse logistics performance and status.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations. Proficiency in JDE or similar ERP systems. Strong communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of E-way bill generation and compliance requirements. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
