Export / Import coordinator...:

• Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports with internal team.
• Working on raw data and manipulation accordingly the need of report.
• Working closely with Buyer and internal team for data validation.
• Working with Freight Forwarder team daily/weekly for reporting part.
• Working with CHA closely to maintain/validate each import and export transaction.
• Preparing Dashboards using multiple reports.
• Importing raw materials from different suppliers from China and other countries.
• Exporting finish goods materials.
• Preparing and validating each import and export delivery.
• Maintaining each record of import and export jobs.
• Working closely with internal teams to knock off each logistics transactions.
• Keeping updated with global information related to Logistics world.
