Qualifications & Experience required
The candidate's minimum Academic Qualification should be bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Well versed with India import/export/STPI regulations. Must have 2-3 years of working experience of Import & Export shipment handling and Customs Compliance.
Must have hands on experience on Computer applications like Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, exposure to oracle business will be preferred.
The candidate should be energetic and should be flexible enough with office timings. Open to work in shifts.
Required additional hours to work during Q-ends.
SOW for logistics coordinator.
Manage the daily inputs/outputs of compliance of the Duty Paid Import Shipments, Duty Free/Bonded Import Shipments and Re-Export Shipments for CIPL.
Tracking/expediting all inbound and outbound shipments and support out bound shipping activities including maintaining and publishing the CIPL Monthly Status Report (MSR) and the Weekly Status Report (WSR)
Review and provide pre-shipment approval of import documents for accuracy prior to entry (Country of Origin, Value, HTS codes, etc.)
Monitor and Report Temporary Import movements within the India CIPL scope
Prepare Accruals sheet to share with F&A team
Prepare ER-2 Return Filing
Proof of Delivery (POD) updation
Create international documents when necessary.
Provide tactical compliance support and recordkeeping.
Provide reporting to both internal and external groups.
Work with Accounts Payables to mitigate any freight invoicing issues.
Logistics Projects as assigned.
