We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing import/export activities, overseeing freight operations, and ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work closely with 3PL partners, suppliers, and internal departments to streamline logistics processes.

Job Location:



Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba)

Shift Timings:



6pm to 3am (Shift will change as per the business requirement)



Monday to Friday



Work from office



Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day logistics operations, including import/export coordination.

Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation.

Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

Communicate with freight forwarders, 3PL agencies, and suppliers.

Ensure compliance with international and U.S. domestic shipping regulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the shipping process.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Atleast 2 years of relevant industry experience

Skills Required:



Familiarity with international and U.S. domestic shipping regulations.

Strong knowledge of import/export operations and freight management.

Proficiency in managing import/export documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

High attention to detail with problem-solving aptitude.

Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
