Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Reports to: Logistics Manager/Supervisor

Job Summary:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing logistics operations. You'll work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shipment Coordination: Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and documentation.

2. Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and report discrepancies.

3. Order Management: Process orders, verify documentation, and ensure accurate fulfillment.

4. Communication: Liaise with suppliers, transportation providers, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

5. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related field.

2. Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

3. Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately track shipments, inventory, and documentation.

4. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

5. Software: Familiarity with logistics software and systems (e.g., TMS, ERP).
