The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the shipping of imports and exports. Essential Functions

• Facilitate the shipping of goods from one destination to another.
• Prepare documents for import and export.
• Prepare and maintain duty recredit sheets.
• Prepare BOE list and submit along with relevant documents to necessary financial institutions.
• Prepare shipping bill list and submit along with relevant documents to necessary financial institutions.
• Coordinate as necessary with CHA and other shipping agents.
• Work with EPC Section and STPI for necessary approvals.

Required & Preferred Education/Experience/Skills

• 2+ years\' experience in a logistics department conducting at least a majority of the essential functions of this role.
• A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or any relevant education in a related field is a plus.

Work Environment/Physical & Mental Requirements

• This job operates in a professional office environment.
• This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
