Position: Logistics Consultant Location: Aurangabad
Job summary: Responsible for IT Application area (Infor as well as non Infor Products). Looked as link between an Business users and Application. Providing consultation on Applications usage
Responsibilities:

• Support in User Management
• Provide End user support
• Plan and Provide end user training
• Increase awareness among the user about the IT systems and optimal utilisation of applications

• Understand Business need and prepare IT solution document
• Provide inputs for improvement in the process
• Implement the IT solution along with Development team
• Train, Support the end user for their Queries
• Co-ordinate with Infrastructure team for running IT setup for application
• User Management including authorization
• Understand & provide solution for user\'s regular issues in the processes , system
• Ensure execution of the scheduled jobs
• Analyze the incidents for root cause to prepare and implement the permanent solution
• Internal IT Audits

• Graduate / Post Graduate in Computer / Enginnering
• 1 to 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience

• At least 1 End to end ERP implementaton cycle completed
• Knowledge for Infor ERP LN 10.4 / 10.7 version
• Should have experience in using Infor ION / Infor Factory track
• Knowledge of Business analysis / power BI
• Worked in Agile methodology using tools like Jira
• Knowledge of ITIL framework
• Experience in Logistic function function would be preferred
