Logistics & Compliance Coordinator



Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Logistics & Compliance Coordinator

to support our Purchase & Logistics team. The ideal candidate will handle documentation, vendor communication, and compliance-related activities for domestic and international logistics. You will also assist in legal and administrative processes, ensuring all operations meet regulatory and organisational requirements.

Location:

Dighi, Pune

Number of Positions:

01 Only.

Salary Range:

15,000 To 20,000 In-hand Per month +PF+ESIC (CTC-2.5 LPA - 3LPA)

Required Qualifications:

BBA, MBA in International Business

orB. Com with relevant logistics experience.

Experience:

Freshers-2 years of experience in logistics operations or logistics compliance.

Required Skills:



Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) Familiarity with

INCOTERMS

and international shipping documentation Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes Knowledge of logistics documentation and compliance Strong organizational and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities:



Communication & Coordination:


1) Communicate with Purchase, Logistics, and Vendor teams to ensure smooth information flow and timely updates.

2) Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate logistics operations.

Documentation & Compliance:


1) Prepare, submit, and maintain documentation required for certifications and customs compliance.

2) Ensure proper record-keeping of all certificates, compliance files, and legal logistics-related documents.

Legal & Administrative Support:


1) Support legal compliance by maintaining required regulatory documentation for logistics and procurement activities.

2) Ensure accurate documentation for audits and vendor assessments.

Purchase Support:


1)Assist in daily purchase operations by supporting order processing, follow-ups, and vendor correspondence.

2)Work closely with the Purchase team to track orders and coordinate delivery timelines.
