As a Business Partner for the designated Region, this role focuses on enhancing Customer Experience by optimizing Supply Chain processes--including Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), and Transport Management (TM). The core objective is to drive customer satisfaction and market growth through improved logistics efficiency.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
Act as an owner and single point of contact for Customer Experience for the respective Region
Partner with the sales team and engage directly with customers to identify pain points in supply chain and service
delivery
Define strategic initiatives for the region to sustainably resolve identified issues and meticulously execute to achieve
the defined targets
Work collaboratively with central functions both supply chain and cross-functional teams to improve processes and
achieve defined regional targets
Support and contribute to sales and operations planning processes in region
Continuously assess current and future supply chain needs to align with evolving business demands
Act as a source of supply chain expertise for the sales leadership
